• Interfere with platform functionality or security

User-Generated Content
You retain ownership of the content you post on SportsFan360. However, by submitting content, you grant SportsFan360 a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, distribute, and modify such content solely for operating and improving the Platform.
We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms or harms the community experience.
Gamification, Points & Features
SportsFan360 may include points, rankings, badges, or other gamified elements for engagement purposes. These have no monetary value and may be modified, reset, or discontinued at any time.
Abuse or manipulation of gamification systems may result in restriction or termination of access.
Intellectual Property
All platform designs, branding, logos, features, and original content provided by SportsFan360 are the intellectual property of SportsFan360 and may not be copied, modified, or redistributed without permission.
Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
SportsFan360 is provided on an “as is” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SportsFan360 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to SportsFan360 at our discretion, with or without notice, if these Terms are violated or if conduct is harmful to the community.
Changes to These Terms
